Welcome to Flor Adorn. By accessing or using our website floradorn.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website or purchase our products. This pertains to pre-orders, return/exchange policies, and is in accordance with our terms, policies, and necessary laws & regulations.
1. General Information
Flor Adorn is a floral design business offering custom floral arrangements, event florals, subscription services, and related products. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including customers, vendors, and visitors.
2. Product Descriptions
At Flor Adorn, we strive to ensure that all product information and descriptions are as accurate and up-to-date as possible. Transparency, reliability, and quality are at the core of what we do. However, if you receive a product that is clearly not as described, please contact us at hello@floradorn.com within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you on a return or exchange, provided the product is unaltered and in its original condition.
In the event of errors regarding product availability or written descriptions, we reserve the right to correct such inaccuracies and update the information promptly. If you place an order for an item that is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you directly to discuss available solutions, such as a refund, substitution, or exchange.
3. Care Instructions
All Flor Adorn floral arrangements are designer’s choice to allow for creativity and flexibility in selecting the freshest, most beautiful blooms available seasonally. Each stem is carefully conditioned and delicately handled before being arranged, ensuring the highest quality and longevity.
We include detailed care instructions with every order to help you get the most life out of your flowers. When properly cared for, we guarantee your florals will remain fresh for a minimum of 3 days. However, as flowers are living products, their lifespan may vary by stem and environmental conditions.
If your florals do not meet expectations, please reach out to us at hello@floradorn.com within 24 hours of receiving them. Include photos and a description of your concerns, and we’ll work with you to find a solution. Please note that we do not offer refunds on fresh flowers.
4. Pet Safety
We advise keeping all floral arrangements out of reach of pets, as certain flowers and foliage can be toxic if ingested.
5. Orders and Payment
Order Process:
• All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit or refuse orders.
• Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders due to availability or other issues.
Pricing and Payment:
• All prices listed on the website are in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.
• Payment is required in full at the time of order.
Taxes and Fees:
• Sales tax will be applied where applicable.
• Additional fees may apply for delivery, custom requests, or rush orders.
6. Floral Products and Subscriptions
Fresh Flowers:
• Floral products are perishable and unique in nature. While we strive for consistency, variations in color, size, and appearance may occur due to seasonal availability.
• All sales of fresh flowers are final and non-refundable.
Subscriptions:
• Subscription services are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), as selected during checkout.
• You may cancel or modify your subscription by contacting us at least 7 days before the next billing date.
• Subscription cancellations made after the billing date will apply to the following cycle.
7. Delivery
We offer local delivery within 30A and surrounding areas. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for stolen floral arrangements, but we will do our best to assure flowers get into the intended hands or are left in a relatively discreet area, upon our discretion.
8. Workshops
Due to the high demand for Flor Adorn workshops, there is a limit of 2 tickets purchased per person, and all ticket sales are final.
By purchasing or attending a Flor Adorn workshop, you acknowledge that you may be handling fresh flowers and using floral tools (e.g., clippers, floral shears). We are not liable for allergic reactions to flowers or injuries resulting from the use of floral tools. Please exercise caution when participating.
9. Custom and Event Floral Services
Consultations and Proposals:
• Event floral services require a consultation and customized proposal.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
• Final payment is due by 14 days prior to the event.
Design Variations:
• While we strive to match your vision, floral designs may vary due to flower availability, color variations, and seasonal changes. Unforeseen circumstances from Mother Nature can also greatly affect the availability of certain floral varieties.
• We reserve the right to make design substitutions with similar flowers of equal or greater value.
10. Refunds, Cancellations, and Returns
Refund Policy:
• Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on fresh floral products.
• If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.
Cancellations:
• Event and wedding floral orders require a 60 day cancellation notice for a partial refund. Deposits are non-refundable.
• Subscription orders can be canceled in accordance with Section 6.
11. Limitation of Liability
Flor Adorn is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities to flowers or foliage.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including images, designs, logos, and text, is the property of Flor Adorn and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Flor Adorn harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the website or services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Walton County, FL.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
